London W11 offers free shipping within the UK, EU and to the USA and Canada.
Insurance
London W11 insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by London W11 and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched with in EU destinations.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch or your order.

EASY RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
Whether it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour or not what you expected we will happily offer you an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt (7 days during our sale period) so long as it reaches us in the same condition as it was received by you. Products returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels properly attached.

Returns from UK/Europe/Rest of the world: Contact customercare@londonw11.co.uk to receive a Return of Merchandise Number (RMN).
Take the parcel to your nearest Post Office. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.
Don't worry - a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm the safe receipt of your parcel. Therefore, if you do not hear from us within 14 days please contact us at customercare@londonw11.co.uk .
Please be aware that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payee, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't prevent the payer knowing. On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund on the amount paid for the goods or an exchange as required. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
